The car lift occasionally stops working and if this happens it means your car cannot be moved until the repairs are carried out. If parts need to be ordered this may take more than a day or two, so you may want to consider leaving your car on the street overnight instead.

House Rules (notes): - This is a residential building so please be considerate of your neighbours- no loud noise at any time and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. - If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first. - No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking. - Keys will only be handed over to the guest who has made the booking. - The apartment and amenities are for the use of paying guests only. Visitors and/or non-paying guests must not be invited to the property unless I have agreed in advance. - No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping. - No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings. - Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding. - The car park is accessed via a car lift, which like all things mechanical occasionally stops working - use is as your own risk.
