•Children's playgrounds, parks and walking/bike tracks close by.
Stash your ski's or boards on the racks in the garage. Pop your boots and ski clothes in the laundry room to dry around the dedicated wall heater. Flick on the two heat pumps, grab a drink and settle back into the comfy couches to watch night fall over the mountain ranges.
Or.... as the weather warms, throw open the multiple sliding doors and choose your 'zone' to relax in. Inside: both the lounge and bunk room have TV's with Netflix and the house has unlimited WiFi for as many devices as you like.
Outside there is a gas BBQ and a large outdoor dining table that can be moved around on the extensive deck to take in the views and follow (or avoid) the sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped for short or long stays (with enough plates, cutlery, glasses and cups for all guests) and the gas hot water system means there is always enough water for all guests.
Included in your stay is hotel quality linen and towels for all agreed guests. We also attempt to provide enough information and essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, washing powders, toiletries .....) to get your stay started.
We include a small welcome gift, our way of sharing some of our favourite local things and to say “Thanks” for choosing to stay with us......We really hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 6 beds (2 x Kings and 4 x single beds (2 sets of bunks that are adult rated up to 130kg). King beds are NZ King dimensions.

We enjoyed playing some of the games available. The home was in a nice location outside of town, but only about a 15 minute walk through a park to get to the lake side CBD. Also, there was a fun playground nearby! Pauline and Adam were quick with communication when we had questions. They left great instructions for the house, and for ideas of where to eat, places to explore, etc. If we travel back to Wanaka we would definitely hope to stay here again.”

Quiet, comfortable, clean, and cozy. - slept very well, and able to enjoy the Wanaka area given the convenience. Took us about 10-15 min to walk to restaurants in town (just cut through the park in between house and town). We greatly appreciated the quick and thorough responsiveness of the hosts. Highly recommend.”

•Ample parking for cars and boats including a single garage and a covered car port. Please note: the garage door is an automatic 'TILT' door, please ensure you park clear of the door before opening it.
