The space
This three-bedroom apartment accommodation is in a prime location close to the motorway and downtown Auckland. A two-minute walk will take you to Spark Arena and 10 minutes to Britomart and downtown where you’ll find some of the best restaurants and bars in Auckland.

This is a true home away from home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sunny balcony. The house can fit up to seven guests, with one queen bed, one double bed, and three single beds. There’s even a portacot and highchair for infants. Combining the feel of a luxury hotel with the comfort of a home, we provide premium linen and towels, 24/7 check-in, and professional cleaning.

Heaters and fans are available in all the rooms to keep you comfortable no matter the season. Guests can park their car in the garage, although it’s not quite big enough to fit a ute. If you need additional parking, Auckland Transport’s parking lot is just around the corner.

All Discovery Holiday Homes feature smart locks, outdoor cameras, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for peace of mind and security. House Rules (notes): ~ House Rules ~ The house has a residential neighborhood so parties are not allowed. :: CLEANING :: Smoking is allowed only in outdoors. Dispose off cigarette butts in the rubbish bins. Littering (incl. cigarette butts) in the outdoors or driveway will incur a cleaning fee of $50. Do not use towels and bath mats for cleaning house areas. :: GENERAL :: Please switch off all the appliances, especially heat pumps/air con while leaving the house. Shoes are not allowed inside the house. You can keep shoes near the entrance, or in the garage. Emergency or other visits needed due to problems arising out of misuse of house equipments / facilities by guests, or guests not reachable via phone or messaging, will be charged $100 / hour. Pets are not allowed in the house premises. Do not flush toilet rolls, sanitary waste, baby wipes or wet wipes into the toilet / drains. Unblocking charges may apply. Sticking any decorations on walls, or installing any sound equipments are not allowed without prior permission from the house manager. Nudity and pornographic photography is strictly prohibited. :: OUTDOORS AND NOISE :: Use of outdoor areas is restricted during quiet hours, 9 PM to 7 AM. Guests can use outdoor areas during quiet hours only if they make sure noise (music, loud talking, etc.) do not disturb others living nearby. Outdoors are equipped with audio-video surveillance cameras for security. If noise control is called by neighbours / noise complaints are reported to us by neighbours, a fine of $100 will be charged as a compensation for embarrassment to our management and discomfort to the neighbours. If noise control authority is called for 3 instances during the stay, a fine of $700 will be recovered from the guests booking the house. :: RESERVATION AND VISITORS :: Visitors are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the house manager. Number of guests must be selected carefully including visitors. If unexpectedly additional guests arrive at the house, please inform the manager immediately and get the extras included on your booking. If more guests/visitors found than mentioned on the booking, $50 (per person) will be charged for each additional guest. If too many occupants found at the property, the manager has right to cancel the stay with no refunds issued for the booking amounts paid. $100 / hour fee applies if manager has to visit house for crowd control. Additions on the number of guests on or after the date of check-in will be $50 per person per night. :: DINING / KITCHEN / BBQ :: Please keep the kitchen / dining / barbeque areas and equipment/utensils clean and back in place after use. Kitchen and barbeque cleaning will be charged extra, if left uncleaned. Keep the food and drinks away from carpets, rugs, sofas and beds please. If found in such places, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guests. :: RUBBISH AND RECYCLE :: Dispose off all solid waste and rubbish in the bins. Recycle and rubbish bins are provided outside the house. Please ask the house manager if you have any query. :: DAMAGES :: Enjoy the house responsibly. Kindly communicate if anything is broken or damaged. :: CAR PARKING :: 1 car parking space is available at the house. Ask house manager if you need more spaces. The house has a shared driveway. Do not park any vehicle on the driveway. :: EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT :: Early check-ins and late check-outs are offered at an extra fee, subject to availability. Please discuss with the house manager if you want to have an early check-in or late check-out. For unarranged late check-outs, a fee of $75 per hour will be charged to the guest, payable via cash or bank transfer before check-out. Luggage drop-off is offered free of cost, subject to availability. Please discuss with the house manager for arranging.
