Hamilton Way Apartment is warm, private, modern and comfortable, ideal to come back to after a day on the slopes or out on the trails that surround Arrowtown. Excellent location, attached to a family home in the middle of our picturesque village, right near a bus stop and the local supermarket. 15 mins walk to Arrowtown's restaurants, cafes and shopping, and 15 mins drive from Queenstown Airport. Easy on site parking.
Hamilton Way Apartment has its own courtyard and entrance to the living area. The living area has a three seater couch, lounge chair, smart TV, a microwave, fridge, hob and kitchen basics, as well as a washing machine. A compact bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink open off the living area. A bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and wardrobe open off the living area too.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a fold out couch in the living area. I can also supply a single airbed and a travel cot, with all bedding.
Fast, reliable internet and a wicked garage gym.
Dryer, iron and ironing board and other amenities are available by request.
If you are booking for one or two adults or a couple with a child under 5, please look up my other listing "Hamilton Way Apartment, Arrowtown, 1-2 guests". This price is for 3-4 guests.
It needs to be noted that there is a kitchenette but not a kitchen sink in the apartment. Guests can use the supplied tub and fill and empty it in the bathroom sink. It works well but is not as convenient as a regular kitchen sink.
Me, my two teenagers and an elderly cat live in the main house. We enjoy meeting our guests and helping you out when needed but will give you your space.
