Come and enjoy our beautiful home with breathtaking uninterrupted views of The Remarkables and in to Queenstown township.

Enjoy your own private spa all to yourself after a long day on the slopes or hiking and soak in the views. You will be the only guests in the property during your stay.

Our home is a five minute drive in to the centre of Queenstown or a three minute walk to the closest bus stop.

Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances with very warm and welcoming spaces. Choose from either a queen bed with ensuite or if you are friends, two single beds with main bathroom. Please let us know in your booking request.

We share a driveway with two other properties. You will need to drive to the top, turn left and we are the rear duplex. You are able to do a three point turn in our parking area. Please be thoughtful of our neighbours and do not park anywhere on the "shared" part of the driveway as this inconveniences the other residents being able to access their homes.
For the one bedroom option, the second and third bedrooms are locked off and not rented to anyone else.

The home is a three minute walk to the closest bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the corner store, a fish and chip shop and an Italian restaurant. And either a 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk to the centre of beautiful Queenstown.

Queenstown offers taxi's and bus services. If you purchase a $5 GoBus card you can catch the bus anywhere within the Queenstown area for $2 per ride. The buses generally run every 15 minutes.

We do have a wood burning fire place, however we do not supply timber. Only if you are familiar with using a fireplace are we comfortable with guests using it. Please only burn timber, paper and cardboard. No coal, plastics or anything else is to be put in the fireplace.

House Rules (notes): Repairs/Damage The Guest/s shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to let condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest/s shall leave the premises in a ready to let condition at the expiration of this short term let Agreement, defined by the Owner as being immediately habitable by the next guests. At the beginning of the accommodation period, the Guest/s should report any pre-existing damages or breakages to the Owner immediately. The Guest/s shall pay for repairs/damage should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest/s agree that the Owner shall deduct costs of said services from the security bond prior to refund if the Guest/s and/or the Invitee/s of the Guest/s cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. Use of Spa/Hot Tub Always shower before using the hot tub to remove all lotions and other oil-based body products. Children can not use the hot tub without adult supervision. When opening the hot tub cover, be sure to unfasten all safety straps first before lifting the cover off. Guests with infectious diseases can not use the hot tub. To avoid injury, exercise care when entering or exiting the hot tub. Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the use of the hot tub to avoid the effects of hyperthermia, unconsciousness and possible drowning. Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should consult a physician before using the hot tub. Water temperature in excess of 40̊c may be injurious to your health. The optimal temperature of 38̊c is already pre-set for your enjoyment. Prolonged immersion in the hot tub may be injurious to your health. It is best to not soak longer than for 30 minute sessions. Never stand or sit on the hot tub cover. Always cover the hot tub after each use and secure the straps to ensure the safety of children that are visiting. Place one teaspoon of provided chlorine in the spa after each use. Rubbish/Waste Please dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in the bins provided outside the premises. Quiet Enjoyment The Guest/s shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Guest/s shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement and the Guest/s shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 10:30PM where outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. Smoking Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the home. COVID-19 Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Owner acknowledges that the cleaning carried out on the Property between accommodation periods will be to a high standard that is compliant with any relevant legislation. The Guest/s and their Invitees agree to supply all names, phone numbers and/or email addresses and residential address for the purpose of the Covid-19 contact tracing register as per guidelines from the New Zealand Government. Please see www.covid19.govt.nz Use of Property The Guest/s expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that the Guest/s does not intend to make the Property a residence or household. Shortened Stays and Conditions There shall be no refunds of the Charge due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. Possessions Valuable items left behind by the Guest/s will be held for the Guest/s and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest/s for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 3 months they shall become the property of the Owner. The Owner shall not be held liable for condition of said items.
