What an amazing wee hideaway you have there at Blackwood! You've done a fantastic job at setting it up to feel like a home away from home. Warm, comfortable, great decor, toys for the kids and all the little additional touches like snacks, breakfast food, toiletries etc weren't at all expected, but very much appreciated. Those are the things that make such a difference to a stay! Not to forget the personalised welcome message on the chalkboard too, along with the radio on - great touches that make a lasting first impression.
We will be back for sure next time we want to stay in Rotorua, and will recommend you to others.

We had a lovely stay in this great house. It was very clean, beds was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the retro things. I highly recommend this place!
